Spine & finger pain: Yes. Problems affecting the spinal cord inside the neck and the nerve roots that come out between the vertebra of the neck can cause hand & finger pain (involving all 5 fingers). Other rare disorders like a cyst inside the central cord area (syrinx) can cause what is called "stocking-glove paresthesias"--unpleasant sensations in both hands & feet.
