Uncertain: It is unlikely that hai is elated to the spinal, but possible. If it persists or gets worse, call your surgeon.

Pinky tingling: The little finger is innervated by the ulnar nerve. It is fairly superficial at the elbow and can become compressed by the weight of your arm during anesthesia. I am assuming you also received some sort of sedation which essentially had you sleeping for some or all of the surgery. This ulnar neuropathy is usually temporary and is a recognized complication of anesthesia.

Neuropathy: Your symptoms point to ulnar neuropathy. The spinal anaesthetic has nothing to do with this sensation. Anaesthesia has nothing to do with this. The position of your arm during surgery may be a cause, but that is not due to your anesthesia.

Should resolve soon: This most likely will resolve soon without any treatment. The causes can be numerous, from multiple blood pressure measurements in the affected arm during the surgery, to positioning of the arm or even needle sticks for bloodwork. If the symptoms get worse or don't resolve in the next few days you should mention it to your surgeon at your next office visit, he may have some additional information.

Not related: Most likely this is due to pressure on the nerves in your elbow while you were sleeping in the operation. This should resolve spontaneously, but if it doesn't contact your surgeon or anesthesiologist.
