Needs imaging: Possible injury to your nerve roots at the C6 level. If your symptoms persist you may need to see an orthopedic surgeon and get MRIs to see if there is nerve entrapment

Hard to say: for sure without knowing the extent of the injury and your medical conditions but if there is no functional deficit and it is just sensory I would say a reasonable chance for improvement. Psysio may help but what have your doctors told you?
