Just do it!: If you are the predominant food preparer, find some fun cookbooks that incorporate fiber sources with meat products; buy leaner cuts of meat, and start introducing fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in forms you will consider eating. You can't force anyone to eat healthy, but you can certainly stop buying junk foods, cutting portion sizes, and encourage better meal and snack choices.
