2. Chane your food whenever you want.
3. But while you are eating, you realize that you can eat 5 more bites, stop.
4. Try it you will like it and will never get fed up.

Eat healthy: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages.

PC, M, V, B: Portion control, moderation, variety, and balance. Portion control means dont supersize or eat double portions. Variety means, chose foods of different colors- like the colors of the rainbow. The govenment suggests, 1/4 plate as protein, 1/4 plate as complex carbs, 1/4 plate as fruits, and 1/4 plate as vegetables.
