Best diet: The dr. Ornish diet is a very good one. Another, somewhat similar and equally excellent diet, is a mediterranean diet. But a good diet does not need to be that complicated. The simple rule of eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily, limiting servings of meat to 4 oz at a time, and eating lots of grain will do just as well.
