It matters: Quality of the protein is very important, meaning the proportion of essential amino acids. Soy Protein is a plant protein and as a general rule plants don`t have all the essential amino acids. Egg, milk and meats proteins are the best quality proteins. Soy also have photo estrogens that can affect the hormonal balance.
