Bubbles in urine are a sign of proteinuria , and not normal in your age or your diet. See your primary care Dr , and make sure you don’t have kidney disease , or an endocrine problem. Good on you for noticing something changing .

A common cause of bubbles in the urine, other than they occur normally with urination and turbulence of urine hitting the water, is dehydration which causes urine to be more concentrated. Concentrated urine can cause more bubbles. That urinalysis is fairly normal, as the numbers of white and red blood cells is fairly low. Increased fluids is a good idea
