How high can blood sugar go 45 min after an average meal to stay in the normal range when my fasting blood sugar and long term blood sugar are low?

About 140: Any blood sugar at any time over 200 (two episodes) is diagnosed as Diabetes. Normal level for fasting is under 100. There is no standard, per se, for 45 minutes after an "average meal," but I would not like to see the number higher than the normals for a glucose tolerance test for sure. Glucose tolerance test is "normal" under 140.
