Recently had a couple episodes where my blood sugar has dropped to 46. since i have been checking and my fasting is always good 70,s - 80s and my a1c is 4.3. did have one 2 hours after very high carb meal be 209. all other post meal normal less 140?

If the values you reported are accurate, you should consult an endocrinologist for a glucose tolerance test. It is not likely that you have diabetes, other than the one glucose result higher than 200. If the glucose results were from a glucometer, those are not as accurate as plasma glucose done in an accredited lab.
