My blood sugar level 2 hrs after meals are within the range, the highest is 169 but fasting results are a little higher, over 100. is it ok?

Prediabetes: Your 2 hour values are not normal. If you're overweight, you most likely have prediabetes and need to be on diet, exercise, weight loss and possibly medication. Check w/your doctor.

Not OK: Normal fasting glucose is less than 95 and post meal glucose at 2 hours should be under 140. The numbers you report indicate "prediabetes". Exercise and a low glycemic index diet is indicated.
