Exercise with stent: Since you are a diabetic with HTN and a stent at age 43 would recommend you follow up with your cardiologist to assess your exercise capacity . Your current exercise level and weight status would play a role as well. A cardiologist can recommend cardiac rehab to guide your exercise, and lifestyle needs.

Cardiovascular: You would want to incorporate regular cardiovascular exercise on most days of the week, shooting for 60 to 70 percent of your target heart rate. At an age of 43 years (round to 45) your target heart rate would be 175, and 60% of this would be about 100-110 beats per minute. With your medical history I would keep this on the low end.
