Too high: This is way too high. See your doctor immediately to get it down. Needs to stay below 130/80. Weight loss is best for diabetes.

By your history : Looks like you are obese(sleep apnea). No mention of cardiac cath results. If positive, controlling your HGB a1c less than 6.0 and BP less than 130/80 of most importance. Ibuprofen and Methotrexate can increase your bp. Diet, exercise and weight loss extremely important. Have your consider bariatric surgery for weight control? Stay with your doctor for more for more aggressive therapy.
