How much alcohol?: This could all be seen as a consequence of alcohol use in someone who truly drinks a lot. Seizures and hypertension can accompany withdrawal from an alcoholic binge. In someone that young, I might think he had a pre-existent liver issue that made the spleen and liver findings appear so early in life. This person needs help right away.
