Risks are increased: Poorly controlled diabetes, hypertension and some cardiac conditions can each increase risk for more severe illness from COVID 19. If they are combined in the same patient, that is even more of a concern.

Yes: Any and all of the disorders you mentioned increase the risk of death, as does obesity.
