Mark's Daily Apple: There are a lot of great sites on this topic but Mark's Daily Apple has some great articles and the recipes are really great as well. If you want a book recommendation I would recommend Gary Taubes "Why We Get Fat" first for a great foundation. Other great reads would be Grain Brain, Wheat Belly, Primal Blueprint, Deep Nutrition. Also watch Dr. Robert Lustig's Sugar: The Bitter Truth on youtube.
