Not really: The best way is usually slow. Increase your daily exercise and incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid eating late at night and drink water regularly throughout the day. You will notice you have more energy. Hope this helps. There are but ...: You can only "speed it up" so much. So exercise is one of the ways, particularly exercise involving high intensity intervals. Also shifting your body composition to have more muscle mass can "boost" your metabolism. Stay hydrated. Moderate 1-2 cups of caffeinated coffee intake, assuming you don't have problems with blood pressure or abnormal heart rhythms.
