Exercise: Make sure your thyroid hormones are normal. Start an exercise program. Muscles have higher metabolism than fat so the more muscles you have, the higher the metabolism. Stay hydrated. Cut down on sweetened, carbonated drinks.

Several things: Eat breakfast and work out to gain muscle mass will increase your metabolism. Intermittent phyiscal activity throughout your day will keep metabolism from dipping too low (tell ur body its not sleeping!) sleep full nights and stay well hydrated.
