Exercise daily: It is not quite clear to me what is your exact question, so give us some back ground. Do you have excessive weight? To lose weight, you need to reduce your food intake(Ovoid oilyy/fried foods and reduce milk products and cut down on sugar and all sweets(Cakes/candy and ice cream). Daily exercise is the best remedy to keep your body healthy, fit and metabolically active!
