Exercise: Exercising will do wonders to speed up your metabolism. Exercise 20 minutes to 40 minutes daily and you will notice your metabolism will increase 20 - 25%.
Additionally a healthy diet consisting of a low fat diet with a mix of fruits and vegetables will undoubtedly increase your metabolism as well.
