Hello i'm 5 week 5 day pregnant i had a ultrasound done it only show gestational sac no yolk sac is normal ?

Probably too early : Sometimes it is too early for an ultrasound to pick up all of the normal findings of an early pregnancy. This is likely a normal finding so early. Speak with your OB about this, and it is likely he/she will recommend that you repeat the ultrasound again when you are at least 8 weeks pregnant. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Repeat sono in 1week: Under 6 weeks, this is considered normal, however to determine whether the pregnancy is truly viable ,a heart rate needs to be visualized by transvaginal sonogram. In addition, blood work (beta HcG) should be appropriately rising. A repeat sonogram within a week should confirm everything is ok. Congrats ahead of time.
