Bio

I am a native of Detroit, MI. I have completed a BS Degree, Chemistry, Alabama A&M , MS Degree Forensic Science, University of Alabama-Bham &, MD Degree Meharry Medical College. I completed a 4yr residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center. I am primarily a medical consultant/contractor engaged within a wide range of medical topics, from reproductive medicine to military disability to anti-aging/regenerative medicine. I assist patients with medical issues beyond the ordinary practice of medicine. My objective is to empower patients with medical knowledge and to help them navigate medically related issues that deal with personal health, issues related to family member's health and second opinions as well as medical disability benefits.

Use birth control: Any sexual intercourse encounter has a chance of pregnancy, especially if no birth control was used. Even though the chances of being pregnant may be statistically low from just one time, recurrent non-protected intercourse will obviously increase the likelihood of pregnancy overtime. The use of birth control during every act of sexual intercourse will obviously reduce chances of pregnancy. Try it

Ab muscle separation: You could be experiencing separation of the abdominal muscles called Diastasis Recti. During pregnancy the abdominal muscles stretch, to accommodate pregnancy. After child birth, the muscles oftentimes don't return to previous form. Further evaluation w/ ultrasound may help diagnosis, & physical therapy may treat it when diagnosed. Worse cases may cause a hernia which may need surgery.

Supplements may help: MTHFR (methylene tetrahydrofolate (folic acid) reductase) deficiency is a genetic condition in which elevated homocysteine is due to abnormal folate (folic acid) metabolism. Elevated homocysteine has been implicated w/ cardiovascular problems & other medical issues. Because its a genetic condition, there's no cure.Often times supplements (MORS) which use an alternative folate (folic acid) metabolic pathway may help the condition.
