HABITUAL MISCARRIAGE: We should begin your answer by assuming you do NOT have habitual miscarriage--the absence of a sac is common in spontaneous abortion, or "chemical pregnancy." I would simply attempt another pregnancy (without all the expensive testing), and if this, too, ends in miscarriage, I would see a trusted board-certified ob-gyn who can do further testing.

Ultrasound. : It is unusual for blood clots in the calf to cause severe pain. However, the test is simple. Get an ultrasound to rule this out because you already have a personal history of deep vein thrombosis.

Several: A type of back support called a pregnancy harness can help as you progress with the pregnancy and guided exercise as long as it is cleared by your ob/gyn. A tens unit can also be of benefit.

Dermoid cyst in my ovary, I forget how big it is. Doctor wants me to get it removed but the surgeon said no. I still have it. Pregnancy apossibility?

Yes: Dermoids do not prevent pregnancy but the diagnosis should be confirmed by sonogams. Unless they are very large they usually will not cause problems, but they can twist or rupture so removal might be advisable & can be done laparoscopically before pregnancy.
