Too early: You are obviously very early in pregnancy and a defined fetus will appear later as you progress.

Is it normal to see yolk sac but no heartbeat at week 8? At week 7 only gestational sac detected during ultrasound.
Ultrasound at 5w and 2d showed only gestational sac. No yolk sac or baby. Dr said might be too early to see. But hCG level came back next day at 15,209. Which do you go by? Hcg level or weeks?
At 5 weeks 2 days transvaginal ultrasound only saw gestational sac after ivf. Should the yolk sac be visible by that time?
