See your doctor: If you lost your braces, you need to see your orthodontist for replacement. Do not recommend reusing previous sets as the aligners are designed to gradually set your teeth into the desired position. Call your doctor's office or invisalign for replacement set.

At least ..: Wear your last set of invisalign as it will help prevent your teeth from settling back to a less than desirable alignment/occlusion until you can have the lost set remade. Good luck.

No previous set?: Are you on your first set? If so, your dentist/orthodontist can have a new first set fabricated for you when you return for a small fee. If your post has typos, then it is recommended that the previous set be worn as a retainer to prevent the teeth from shifting until a new current set can be fabricated. Failure to do so can result in unpredictable movement.

Invisalign: Call you Invisalign dentist about this problem. Your teeth will shift if you do not wear you aligner during vacation. Perhaps a new aligner can be sent to you wherever you are on vacation. Sending you a new aligner will only take a few days and you will have minimal change in your teeth.

See your ortho: whether you will need an adjustment or can use the next set will be determined by how much your teeth may have shifted. See your orthodontist ASAP.

How unfortunate: Call the dentist or (hopefully) Orthodontic Specialist. While you are on vacation they can order the missing set or sets that you will need to get back on track. Save some of that vacation money to pay for the replacements. Enjoy your trip.

Enjoy your vacation: if you cannot easily get into the next aligner, ask your dentist to order you a replacement for the ones you lost. They may be able to have it sent to where you are or have it waiting for you when you get home.

Not a big deal: You should visit your orthodontist, so that he or she can determine whether or not you are ready to move on to your next tray or reorder the lost one. Take care.
