No worry: You should immediately go back to your previous aligner and have your dentist or orthodontist order a replacement for the lost one. Good luck.

Call: Call your Dentist or Orthodontic Specialist. If you can' t reach him/her, go to the next tray. If you do not have the next tray, try to wear the torn tray as best as possible. But in the meantime keep trying to contact your Dentist or Orthodontist.

Go to your ortho: your orthodontist can likely get you into your next trays. if you already have them, put in the next set-- you may have to wear with pressure, but they should be fine.
