NO should not: as you have the adenoma ( polyp ) removed at young age and properly followed , you must under go with out fear , and continue the surveillance as recommended by your doctor.

Yes: If this last adenoma was found at scoping, then a biopsy would have been performed. If benign, there would have been the recommendation as to how often to repeat scoping. If not benign, you would have been told. If benign, the concern is only in the future and not avoiding regular evaluations as recommended by the gastroenterologist or surgeon.

Do not be nervous: Colon cancer is a slow growing cancer. As long as you get colonoscopies when recommended they should be able to remove the adenomatous polyps that may turn into colon cancer. It is usually thought that it takes anadenomatous polyp 10 years to turn into cancer.
