When should i repeat my colonoscopy with a finding of 5mm tuberous adenoma found in the transverse colon? this is the first time i've had a polyp. should it be in 3 or 5 years, the dr didn't say and the nurse mentioned the 3 to 5-year time span?

Apparently they're leaving it up to you. Any family history of colon cancer? I favor another look in 3 years.
