Hello. ive been having blood mixed in stool for last 2 years. got 2 colonoscopies. 3mm adenoma found on last one. could a polyp have been missed?

Blood in stool : Is possible to miss a polyp. However, there are other reasons for blood in your stool. Any troubles with digestion otherwise.
