None: Hypoechoic liver lesions that are 4cm are not attributed to food and diet rarely has any effect upon them. The most apporpriate course of action woul dbe to ask your doctor what this rerpesents and see if a tissue biopsy is in order.

Liver cyst: Sounds like you may have a liver cyst. The most common cause of liver cyst in your area are parasites. If it causes pain, you'll need to drain it. Liver function tests would be useful. Papaya seeds are reported to have some antiparasitic activity. Fruits and vegetables have important vitamins and minerals to help with liver disorders. See your doctor for definitive diagnosis and treatment.
