Normal-sized liver with fatty infiltration. the parenchyma have homogenous echopattern w/ increased echogenicity. there is hypoechoic area in the anteroinferior edge of the r lobe of the liver measuring 1.42x.089cm (lh). what shall we do?

You need CT of the liver with IV contrast to confirm that hypoechoic area is a liver mass because it may not be true on the background of fatty infiltration.
