There is a small 5mm iso to hypoechoic to liver tissue in the right lobe can that be a cancer ??

Unclear : First of all it is not clear as to the history of this problem . Could be cancer but also many other things. Isoechoic or hypoechoic speaks for something solid but not enough information and this is very small. Need to be worked up in setting of other illness, other labs and symptoms. Too early to tell on what you have sent. Make sure you see a GI doctor and if possible a hepatologist.
