Had a ultrasound last week. have edometrial stripe of 6.1,small complex cyst, and mild free fluid in pelvis. scheduled for end/biopsy. worried!

Probably normal: The endometrial stripe measurement would be thick if you were past menopause. The biopsy is to check the tissue and make sure nothing worrisome is occurring. The cyst may be resolving on it's own (which is why the free fluid in the pelvis) but may be followed with ultrasound. If no resolution further evaluation may be necessary.
