Well: As long as your doctor is following it carefully you should follow their advice. How big is this cyst. If it is over 5 cm in size i tend to get more concerned.

Likely benign cyst: If the cyst appears benign (without septation or nodules) and has been stable over a reasonable time frame, it likely is benign. This is not related to endometrial problems.
