Hello, i am 28 years old. i recently had a pelvic, transva ultrasound. my endometrial stripe was 2.1cm (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. there was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. uterus otherwise ok. shoud i be concerned?

Usual guidance for an "endometrial stripe" being "2.1 cm" is to have a biopsy (outpatient procedure). This degree of thickening is usually due to non-ovulatory cycles, allowing estrogen production to stimulate endometrial growth. Multiple ovarian cysts can also result from polycystic changes in the ovaries, from incomplete ovulation.
