I had an ultra sound done and it says i have endometrial hyperplasia. i also have a small cyst on my ovary. i went to gynecologist and they did a biopsy and pap smear. what are the chances of it being endometrial cancer before menopause? symp. 3 mos.

Biopsy: You have had the right diagnostic procedures done and should wait for the results. Odds one way or another are not meaningful for your results. Hi! I'm 37 and had a Pap smear on day 17 of my cycle and the result showed endometrial cells present. I have had cysts on my ovaries and heavy menses.
My pap smear showed AGUS. I had a colposcopy and endometrial biopsy performed. Results came back normal. I am to return in 6 months. Family history of uterine cancer. No blood work, no pelvic exam. Should i seek a second opinion?
