Good, tough question: "Depression" is only a word, used variably, without confirmed, specific biology. So, discussion starts there. However, depression is typically "constitutional" (genetics or early trauma) or "acquired" (life circumstances). Treatment of former is long term and cure rare. Treatment of latter >> fix how you approach the disparity between what you believe your life should be v. what it is.

From reading this: it looks like you are suffering from depression and take fluoxentine & Clonzepam. Are you receiving any talking therapy in addition to your medication management? Lifestyle helps: It's debatable whether someone who has a high risk of depression can completely prevent it but there are things that would likely help. Consider: regular exercise, healthy eating, connecting socially to family and friends, finding creative outlets e.g. Art, spirituality, and finding a rewarding job.
