Llifestyle changes: Develop healthy connections with others. Avoid alcohol and other recreational drugs. Eat a whole foods diet with veggies, lean protein, and fruits. Limit sugar intake, and stay away from processed foods. Exercise (gradually increasing exertion at least 4-5 times a week.) be sure to take at least 1-2 grams of epa (in fish oil) per day. Take good multivitamin with at least 1000 iu vit d/day.
