how long after a mole removal would a keloid start to grow? can it take years?

Unfortunately: keloid formation is unpredictable , usually will happens with in couple of months , and usual to from from keloids from old healed scars.

I find most keloids will appear within the 6 weeks of collagen formation healing the biopsy site. you can use silicone sheeting or see derm to treat
