Depends: High chol. Is the result of diet and genetics. Some people are blessed w the ability to eat anything, while others must be diet conscious! Overall I would answer yes!

In moderation: The American Heart Association recommends limiting saturated fat to less than 7% of your total calories. So under those guidelines, you may occasionally enjoy a small amount of bacon, or better switch to turkey bacon, which is lower in fat and cholesterol. Take care.
