Not necessarily: Blood cholesterol levels are only partly determined by diet. If you have any concerns, you should get your blood lipids done in fasting state and if your total cholesterol is less than 200 and LDL less than 130 and you do not have any risk factors for heart disease, two eggs/day will be okay.
