Make it healthier.: A simple change would be switching to egg whites and turkey sausage - this will lean out your breakfast nicely. You can get turkey sausage and turkey bacon. And multi grain bread as opposed to a bagel or roll. And no butter. And part skim cheese if you like cheese.
