Therapy: can help. Grief is normal, healthy and required for a time. However, not getting through the grieving can indicate that counseling is necessary to work through your loss and its emotional effects. Take care

Yes to both: I am so sorry to hear how painful this is for you. Grief is a normal reaction to loss. When that grief continues on and impacts our daily routine, therapy may be helpful.

Morals have little: to do with grief, which is a normal reaction to loss. It used to be that people were expected to stop grieving after no more than 12 months. We know better now. Grief can continue for a very long time. If grief causes major negatives in your life, seek counseling. We have techniques to help, especially if you are "stuck."
