About

Bio

I've been in private practice 37 years in Southern California. I work with all kinds of folks, and have written fifteen ebooks on subjects like anxiety, self-esteem, assertiveness, ADHD, Kids and Divorce, How to Change Children's Behavior, How to Change Teenagers Behavior, Anger Management, Why Relationships Fail, Child Visitation and the Formation of Self-Esteem, Procrastination, Guilt, Forgiveness, Weight Loss. Three of these ebooks are translated into Spanish. For a complete list and a description of each, see: www.drgriggs.org. I'm also writing a book, The Other Side of the Couch, that shares my point of view as a therapist, on clients, the practice and the world of humans, good or bad.
