If lesion on liver from c/t scan. will they do mri of just liver or stomach too?

CT/MRI: The stomach will be included in the scan, but unfortunately the MRI tailored for liver mass will not be able to evaluate it well. It could probably pick up a large stomach mass, hiatus hernia, or severe inflammation, but really it does not adequately evaluate the stomach.
