It might be a Lympho: A lymphoma is one likely diagnosis. But it requires a biopsy of the lymph node and also of the bone marrow before we can be certain. You need to see a hematologist or medical oncologist to help you arrive at a proper diagnosis and then treatment for your problem which is likely to be a lymph node cancer /lymphoma.
