2 weeks ago, ct scan showed single 1cm nodular lesion in liver. follow up ct scan was clear, ultrasound was clear. different hospital so no comparison. do i need further evaluation? mri? comparison of cts?

You should obtain a copy of the first CT scan so the second radiologist can make a comparison and give you an appropriate recommendation. Good luck.
