Hepatic cysts: My impression is that these have been interpreted as hepatic cysts and you have some fatty infiltration of the liver without evidence of hepatic damage. Listen to your doctor. They are accurate.

No more tests: Your doctor is right. Your liver is normal. Fatty infiltration in the absence of abnormal liver function tests or symptoms of liver disease does not require further investigations or treatment.
