No: it may just delay your treatment as your teeth have not moved after the 2 week mark. hopefully you are still wearing the last tray so there has not been regression

Invisalign: Since you did not change your aligner on schedule start the new one now. And let your Invisalign dentist know what is going on. You will not hurt your teeth by this, only delay progress. It is important to stay on schedule for the best result.

Should be ok: As long as you have been wearing your trays at least 22hrs/day you should be ok. Switch to the new set now, and inform your treating Dentist or Orthodontic Specialist so that they can adjust schedule to compensate.
