Daily monitoring: of lipase does not correlate with disease. If your are asymptomatic most likely your GI will evaluate prior to determine need for intervention

Depends on symptoms: If you are having symptoms that cannot be controlled at home, you should go to the ER; if you are able to handle things, then go ahead and see GI as OP;

Ive had left flank pain and severe nausea, vomiting. All bloods normal except one of the enzymes is elevated associated with pancreatitis. What does it mean if only 1 of the two enzymes is elevated? Its either lipase or amylase that is elevated?

Have acid reflux my lipase levels were 96h (normal levels are 7-60ul), did another blood test 3 weeks later now my lipase went down 82h (still mild elevated) and amylase is normal. Is it pancreatitis or reflux causing elevated lipase levels ?
